As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in sell-able condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s). If there is an issue with your product please contact us immediately at 1-888-854-3316 so we can get the issue taken care of right away. We will have the defective goods picked up or send you a return label via e-mail or mail. Once we have confirmation that the product is on it's way back to us we will then re-ship you a replacement product or issue you a store credit or refund. Please Note: If the product is defective due to damage during transit we will need you to notify us that very same day so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Question: What is an RMA#? What does it do?
Answer: An RMA, which stands for Returned Merchandise Authorization, is a way of flagging a product that’s being returned to us. This will help us keep track of your return and let us know why it is being returned. Your RMA# will be the same # as your order number which can be found on your packing slip or email receipt. Creating an RMA doesn’t automatically refund or give you a store credit. The RMA# is simply the way we track your return throughout the returns process. Once the return is received with the RMA # on it you will then be credited for the return based on our inspection of the products.

Question: How Long Do Refunds Take?
Answer: Once we have confirmed that you are getting a refund, the refund will be processed within 24 business hours! If you paid by credit card, it will take about to 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card account. If you paid by PayPal you should receive an email from PayPal within 24 business hours to let you know you received a refund.
