My favorite used to be Hemovac‘s blue raspberry and now it’s Ronnie Coleman cotton candy !!!!!!!! My absolute favorite I have a little bit in every drink of water I have just to have the flavor because I crave it so much. I have almost a full scoop before a train and some nitrous oxide pills and man that hour is awesome. i’m super setting just about every body part that I’m focused on that day. It’s almost a cardio bodybuilding routine. I’ve done two bodybuilding shows and have been training since 1991. This pre-work out is smooth and it works very well without the jitters. I like it Moisture got into the canister band cause it had quite a lot of clumps but it breaks up easily. It also tastes good too. Not as strong as Yeah Buddy so might be a good choice for those who want a bit less stim.

My first time I have used Ronnie Coleman products for a long time and love them, but I have always ordered them from Amazon. Because of a promo sale, this was my first time ordering from the Ronnie Coleman website. When my Pre-XS arrived it was clumpy like it had been exposed to moisture. Customer service was amazing and immediately shipped me a new bottle. This one arrived 2 days ago and unfortunately it is also clumpy. Its not as bad as the first one so I was able to use it this morning and think I can salvage most of the bottle. It was just a little disappointing. I love the products and will continue to use them ( I use Amino Tone + energy, Pre, and BCAA's). Maybe I will try a different flavor next time! :) Keep making great products!

Corey P. This pre-workout does the trick. Prime example today working on 3 hours of sleep. I reported to work 0500 and we worked 5 hours and I needed to get a workout in. Had this pre in my car took it with in 10 minutes I was ready to go. Got a nice workout in before going back to work to finish out the day. I have cotton candy flavor, I don’t drink pre’s for flavor but this stuff takes amazing I drink a full water bottle with this stuff.
